This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 8:

The pay rate is $14.
50-15.
50/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
To ensure that every aspect of processing customersEUR(TM) order is completed adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in an efficient manner.
To act as a point of contact focusing on order processing, stock checking and agreeing delivery details.
To raise quotes.
To cover reception and office administration tasks.
To ensure that all Complaints after the point of goods being dispatched are dealt with in an efficient manner and following procedures and terms and conditions.
To cover reception and office administration tasks.
Must have at least 2 years of Customer Support or Sales Support experience Must have at least 2 years of clerical or administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Prior Sales experience is helpful, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and change to different tasks based on priority Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
